anyone in New York City area, familiar with Con Ed service conductors being brought into a commercial building? Specifically being brought into a service end box in switchgear room. Does Coned terminate their line side conductors to the bus on the service end box and electrician terminate thier “load” side conductors?

When using copper detail box (which you are describing) it is the case that electrician connects loads and Poco connects line
