I have a system that is building a lot of humidity in the control box..

All connection that are on the roof. Above the 90 going into the blowers j-box is bone dry.
The 90 had water in it.
Not enough to reach the upper couplings.
Could that grapes water pull moisture into the control unit. The kitchen is about 110-120 it’s hot.
Any help !
one board has already been replaced.
First time he was washing the walls and got water into it.

If the Ansul cabinet (AutoMan Controller) is mounted on the wall in the washdown area that's not going to work. That cabinet is not listed for hose spray.

Are you instead talking about the hood controls for air and whatnot?

The unit getting wet is the hood control cabinet. Pipe going straight up is going to roof.
I don’t know the proper name.
The original 2-gang box was below roof penetration so I don’t see how water would drain in

The picture of the j-box is a bad one.
Their is now a new pull box below that we’re the radius of the 90 was.
If I holy a level up from the 2-gang j-box I am well below the top pipe so their is no way it was draining Down, it would of drained out of the 2-gang box.

He must still be washing it down?

Well It still leaking.
I don't know why.....
found a way through the duck seal, Then when I moved the wire some water came through.
I am just going to redo that straight pipe run. Make it so it feeds below all energized equipment. Then fix up were the roof....
Man this has been a losing job! Cost me 1600 in these dumb boards I keep buying.
O well I guess I learned another thing, I hope.

Found the Problem!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Penetration was not sealed off properly and was leaking down the pipe and got into a coupling and then ran down the inside of the pipe....
What a dumb mistake that cost alot
