Wow I was just down there last November visiting my Sister and Brother-inlaw who was a temp-millwright working at the Nuke-plant at the inlet, We stayed on Hutchinson Island on a man made island called Nettles island which was a condo trailer park.

The problem depending on what was damaged and if it damaged other units and or common areas, you are going to need to find out who owns which unit and how the POA is going to handle the common areas, you are most likely going to have to deal with each unit separately as each property owner has the right to have who they want to repair their property, as each will have their own insurance and the POA will have coverage for the common area.

Condo's can be tricky, be careful
