Condo-townhouses; Separate Buildings?

Just because the building is owned by one individual now does not in its self mean one or two of them could not be sold by the owner at some point. I would think the architect, the design professional would know if the four dwelling units are a town house or not.

If they are a town house, they are designed to be individual buildings with the possibility of four separate owners.

I would stick with the designer and treat them that way.

Here town houses are usually feed with four separate laterals

same on townhouses here. We usually end up with separate feeders run underground from a stand alone service pedestal with the townhouse deeds drawn up to provide and easement so the feeders can be routed thru the yards.
