conductor clearances

having trouble finding the clearances of conductors [ vertical ] over 600 volts from signs. the horizontal is in table 225.61 but the vertical is blank!

Welcome to the forum.

I not sure I understand what you are asking. The way I read the table the clearance would be 13.5 feet above and 7.5 feet away from "projections". I guess that might include a sign. The table seems to imply projections from buildings.
