Is RW90 the same as XHHW and be used in the same location?

not familiar with "RW". "RHW" and "XHHW" are similiar, but you need to look at 310.13(A) as there are some differences.

get the data sheet from your manufacturer to see what the cable is cross referenced for

for example, the attached link is for a cable that is both xhhw-2 and rw90 according to the manufacturer
