After reading some more in the TYCO pdf, page 20, I see that the start up current can be greater when it is first energized, so with this info if start up is done @ 0?f then a cable that is between 250' and 305' will require a 30 amp circuit, if the system is turned on at 32?f then a cable that is between 320' and 400' is required to be on a 30 amp circuit. but all the rest still applies.;)
