i once worked for a man who had me running pvc coated rigid pipe.
3/4 thru 3 1/2
he wouldnt provide us with a power pony for threading. only one big 4 inch rigid threader.
his position was "If you cant take all your measurements, add for loss on kicks and offsets, subtract for gain on 90s, cut and thread a straight peice of pipe, to length, put it in the bender and make ALL your bends and come out withing a 1/4 inch on the other end..... then you DONT KNOW HOW to run rigid pipe"
he was right... and they taught me how.. it was a blast
