Conduit cast in place = firestopped?

Is a RGS conduit installed and then a concrete wall poured around it making it cast in place complete with regard to 2 hr fire stop?

Or must I install a fire stopping split sleeve around the conduit and then pour the wall?

I would say it's ok. My question would be what do you do with the ends of the pipe?

No firestop is required. A smear of firestop around a conduit encased in concrete will do absolutely zero (I have seen guys do it anyway to satisfy a brainless inspector).
