conduit fill and derating in existing tennant remodel

iam trying to use as much of the base building 3/4 & 1'' branch ckt conduits as i can i want to do a good per code job but my company was low bidder and we can not run more conduits and there is not time flr is partial occupied any good suggestions as to how i can turn this job into a winning job with what i have to work with with out code violations

Ask the estimator,how did he/she intend to accomplish this task.

----------------------------------->Well in what you've posted..For starters I see you maybe useing Article 310.15(b)(2)(a) and tables in Chapter 9 & Annex C, alot.Good luck in this exsisting raceway installation,meeting the minimal said requirements of the NEC..
