Conduit fill worst case

I have 4#3 CU and 1#6 ground.

I am not sure what type of conduit and type of cable insulation used.

However what would be the worst case maximum sized conduit I would need given all the combination of conduit type and cable insulation type with conduit fill rules in mind?

I think that you meant minimum not maximum size.

Sch80 PVC would probably have the smallest internal area by trade size. Without looking something like RHW would probably have the largest diameter per AWG.
