True but pulling a cable through a 100 foot long sleeve you might want to consider the typical fill rules anyway or it may be a pretty difficult pull, particularly if there is any bends.

This was my thinking. If code says it won’t go good chance I don’t want to make it. Where I screwed up was I thought the piece I tested was 6/3 but it was 8/3 which sent me on a goose chase. But worth because I posted this thread and as usual there are some smart guys here and I learned something. That’s a win any day.
