Conduit in floor deck trench - minimum cover

Is there a minimum depth and concrete cover over 1/2" conduit in a trench that goes to a shallow floor box in a commercial office building? Just a lobby area.

I want to say 2" minimum so it doesn't just flake away, but I can't find anything like that.
