Conduit percent fill for controls wiring

Hello,

I have a question regarding percent fill for conduits used for controls wiring for Building automation system.

From what I have read in the code book, it appears that Chapter 9 table 1 is the maximum percent fill regardless of what the conductor is carrying.

Is this correct?

The fill does not change based on the function of the conductors.
