I received a question from a property owner in the foothills as to how he can route his electrical conduit from his service panel to his well. The problem is the well is located on one side of a creek and the service panel is located on the opposite side. The creek is about 16 feet wide and his question was can he install his 3/4" nmc conduit inside of a 2" emc. any help

The gentleman has the 2" conduit supported at both ends and in the center. I was concerned about the 3/4" just being run loose inside.

Kinda looks like it needs to be secured every three feet.

Drill a hole in the 2" EMT every three feet and squirt in a plug of Foam-Insulation-In-A-Can at each hole. Once it sets, the RNMC will be secure.
