Thanks everyone for the feed back. I have already told the contractor to run it another way.


yep. tell him some people on the internoodle wearing guy fawkes masks told you it was a bad idea..... :lol:

in this case, however, they would be right.... nothing good is going to come of suspending that robroy
in the swirl. either it, or the supports will be gone in two years.
and rest assured, NOBODY is going to want to fix it when the plant is in operation.

I told him since the concrete pad was not thick enough to install a 3" conduit the design should have changed. And with it being a wet ,corrosive, and the conduits not being accessible unless the UV bank was drained (which it never will be) that it should be run a different way.
