Conduits Going from unclassified to classified area

Hello All,
Can someone please help me find what the NEC code says about sealing the penetration hole when a conduit is run from a unclassified to a classified class 1 div 1/2 location. I am already aware of 501.15 which talks about the seals in the conduit and cable. But what about the details regarding sealing the penetration hole?

Only one I can think of is 300.21

Not all hazardous location "boundaries" occur at a wall, floor or other physical barrier. Penetrations in such barriers are not covered by the NEC, but very well may be by other codes.
