Connect Array Power To Enphase IQ Envoy Combiner 4

Happy Easter,

I am setting up my Enphase IQ Combiner 4 along with my 16 - Enphase IQ8+ Microinverters. Power is running from the grid to the Envoy, the Envoy is connected to the Installer Toolkit APP on my phone. The microinverters are uploaded on my APP. I am at the point in the set up wizard on the app where I need to set up the "production meter". It is advising me to turn on the 2 - PV circuit breakers.
I was wondering, would turning these breakers on be okay even though my POCO (Duke Energy) has not yet been out to give us their final approval? Thought that I would turn the breakers on long enough to set up the system.

I turned my system on as soon as I made the final connection in the panel. It was about a month later I got the letter stating it was ok to turn the system on. :)

Yeah we sometimes "accidentally" leave our systems on after doing all the testing. What usually stops us though, is POCO meters that will count up regardless of which direction the energy is flowing, which are pretty much all of them unless they are the older mechanical type.
