Connector = Closure?

Would you consider a romex connector to be a closure? If you removed a run from a panel, would you consider the romex connector to be "closing" the hole?

I would not.

I don't, and the code doesn't either. However, we all know that when you're an hour from the nearest supplier, and you can't find that $%#& KO seal, the romex connector becomes your seal.

I have used the Arlington "black button" connectors a few times to seal empty KO's when I couldn't find the snap-in ones.

Oh boy. Reminds me of a job not long ago. I was short one EMT connector so went to the truck, got one put it in my pocket. Later got ready to pull wire couldnt get tape through.Tried from both ends.

It's an old trick if a guy is pissed at his boss.Could cost a lot of time.No i never did it but have heard of it happening.
Usually they put it at a coupler

Actually, the pre-fab 1/2" ko on a 4" square box fits a 3/4" EMT connector perfectly... So I heard
