Consolidation of conduit

I have a panelboard that will be feeding a number of loads. Is there any rule that states that each breaker-load run must have its own conduit, or can I consolidate conduits as applicable?

For example, my lights are on one circuit breaker and my exhaust fans are on another, but they are in close proximity to each other so they could share conduit potentially.

This is for an industrial setting, not residential.

Thanks!

Perfectly OK. But you need to be aware of any possible derating factors that may apply due to having more than 3 current-carrying conductors in the same conduit. As a general rule of thumb, if you use #12 THHN wire and 20 amp circuit breakers, you can have up to 9 current-carrying conductors in the same conduit without needing to upsize to #10. The 'magic number" for 30 amp circuits is 6. For any other combination of circuits, you will have to do the math yourself.

You can also share a neutral between two (1ph or 3ph) or among three (3ph) hots to minimize the CCC count.
