Can factory trained unliscenced technicians work in control panels to modify wiring and or replace defective equipment.
Getting conflicting stories from local and state levels.
What are they telling you ?
Does this require any Power on or off?
Does this have anything to do with an UL Listing?
I didn't know there was such a thing as licenced or unlicensed technicians....by the manufacturer of the panel , or by the end user, as a field installable replacement by the end user?
Perhaps the Manufacturer of the panel has their own field techs and want them to do the replacements not to void any warranty?
