Control power/and other power

I thought it was a code requirement but obviously not (please tell me where), Had a situation where a 480v unit (same control box) had its contol power 120 comming in but it was not labled on the cover to let it be known that there are 2 sources of power there. This is disconnect for the motor as well. Good thing i always check for power when i turn off the breakers.

IMHO 430.75 requires a disconnect for the control circuit.
I have added auxiliary switches to the prime power disconnect and I have installed seperate, adjacent disconnects.

I agree.
NFPA79 suggests that the color yellow be used to identify conductors which are not de-energized when the "main" disconnect is opened.
