Is a ES(069) low voltage limited energy licensee allow to wire the contact side of a control relay that energizes a motor starter(typically 110v). The relay has a 24vac coil with falls under the class 2&3 wiring parameters. I would think this question could be asked of any circuit being controlled via a relay.

I would think yes. I do alot of control prewire for HVAC guys in commercial settings and they terminate. Mabey some of the Florida inspectors from other areas will chime in.

And welcome to the Forum!

Don't know where you are located. But I do not know of any location where a person with that type license would be allowed to work on a motor controller. You may be working a low voltage, but causing a reaction on womething far beyond what that license permits. Really asking for trouble.....
