Convert Delta to Wye?

So, I have a 300A 208/120v Delta service in my film studio and I need to convert it to a 120v 3-phase Wye service for the distro equipment we use. I need it to be 120-120-120 (no high-leg) 3-phase service. I've spent all day trying to figure out why I can't find the transformer I think I need. What am I missing? Is there a term I don't know or a specific rare kind of transformer that is impossible to find? I'm trying to find one used so I don't spend a fortune on a new one from a supply house. Any clarification, insight, or advice would be great!

We have a few problems.

1) You do not have a 208/120 delta service. That would be a wye.

2) I am 99% sure there is no such thing a 240/120 wye

3) You are not in the trade so we can't help you.
