Converting 120/208 to 120/240

This way the sub-panel is closer to the breakroom(where the oven is at). It also seams much safer this way, and will accomplish space for future use

Save yourself all this trouble and just feed the oven with 208/120, it will work fine like was said?

Most all newer ranges/ovens will have a 240/208 volt rating on the spec plate, it will show a lower wattage for 208. but it will run just fine.
