It requires the use of a tri-nueclide symposium diffuser with a qaud di-electric photosynthesis calibration detection modulator. That should do nicely.

As mentioned before a mercury arc rectifier is a device that converts AC to DC. Here is a picture of one:

The OP has not been back (for what ever reason) and your VFD is a little more involved anyways.
