Converting SKM to ETAP

Hello all; first post here. I am a user of SKM and I performed a coordination and arc flash study and had it electronically converted to ETAP by ETAP. My problem is I do not have ETAP, hence I can not open it to print it to deliver to my client. I am in need of someone to make PDF documents of the ETAP report and get them to me so I can print them and deliver. When I realized this after having ETAP perform the conversion, I approached them for help and they are only interested in completely redoing the study and not simply printing to PDF as I need.

If anyone out there can give me a quote and ETA to perform this for me I would greatly appreciate it.

Does ETAP offer a free 30 day trial version? Could that solve your problem? We don't have ETAP in my office, so I can't offer any other assistance.

ETAP offers a demo version, however I believe they told me over the phone when I approached this a month ago that I could not open the project in the demo version. I just sent them an email to verify, so thanks for pointing that out.

I tried the demo just a few weeks ago. As I recall you can only work with the files supplied with the demo and you cannot print anything.

If you did it in SKM, and just changed the file format to ETAP, why not create the deliverable in SKM?

Sorry, but I am having a hard time believing this. We have SKM and ETAP. If you are a registered/licensed user, ETAP will convert the files for you to ETAP, but you say you do not have ETAP, then how did you get them to convert files for you ?????? and why would the files be converted if you don't have program.
Yes, ETAP will probably provide engineering services to do the study for you.

If you are a registered SKM user, they also convert files and they should have no problem converting the ETAP files back to SKM.

Something is not adding up.
