Size conductors for load; let Contractor route. a few exception's, like detailed duct bank design.
Combining and routing, in general, is Contractors responsibility; NEC stuff. Covered simply by a note.
I learned this many years ago on a job; the engineer showed a route for every circuit. When I couldn't run it in the route shown, I hit him with a change order. Owner was pissed, and engineer got fired. So, when I became an engineer I made sure to never make that mistake.
