Cooking equipment sizing as it relates to service sizing

I have:
1- 12KW 240V cooktop
1- 10KW 240V oven#1
1- 8KW 240V oven#2
What is demand with factor for the sizing of the service.
It is over the 27KW total. What steps are taken?

It is residential. For the standard sizing method I am not sure due to the totals being over the 27Kw.

I will attempt to answer this question, only after annoying a senior member with my questions , with the idea that this would fall under Column C of T220.55. Read note 1 carefully (I did cuz I was confused also, and advised to reread it as it pertains to your question)and tell us what you think.
