Cool Feature Of The 2006 Ul White Book

The 2006 UL White Book has a feature in it that makes the document much easier to use than in the past.

As in one of the posts, there is a requirement in 334.40(B). Using the Index of UL Product Categories Correlating to The 2005 NEC portion of the book, one can simply refer to the section number and then correlate it to the page number and category letter to find the UL Listing requirements in the book. A very quick way to locate the information you may be looking for.

The book is available for free online. Simply go to the UL website and search for the UL White book. Then enter your info, and they will send you a free copy. As well the book is available as a PDF.

That is cool. The cross-reference starts on page 311 (PDF pg 349).

I searched UL.com for "white book", and got 100 results - none of which seem to be the white book itself.

I also searched the UL database for "white book", and got zero results.

Can you post a more specific link?

Also, there is an article titled "How to Use the UL White Book" in the current issue of IAEI magizine.

Thanks Bryan.

If anyone read the lastest UL newsletter, I must be "Earl", because I couldn't find it using Pierre's suggestion. :D
