Coordination Examples

Can anyone suggest a good reference (book, paper, etc... ) that provides examples of coordinated TCC's for a number of different distribution arrangements. I'm looking for references showing examples of overcurrent coordination illustrated on TCC's.

I'm not looking for general protection references that discuss protection schemes etc... for a variety types of protection, but simply some overcurrent coordination examples that help demonstrate the art of coordinating TCC's.

I saved it because it's perfect instructional stuff. I also looked for and found the GE Guide to Instantaneous Selectivity, and now have both of those docs as great explanatory material. Thanks David
