Cords through concrete walls

We have a spider box we use for events at the college that they run the cord through a door in an area I am not exactly fond of people having access too. My thought is to core a hole for the cord to go through or put the receptacle on the outside and just leave the breaker off until they need to use it. Anyone have any suggestion on how to make a 4 in or so hole in the wall look decent and be able to still get the cord in and out easily? Or a good set up for an outdoor 50 amp twist lock outlet that isn't crazy expensive.

I wonder if fire code might prohibit a permanent hole.

Switch to a straight blade receptacle and use a 50A RV receptacle box. Then change the spider box cord to straight blade one side, twist lock the other.

50 amp CS6369 receptacle and its weatherproof cover is the 'right' way to do this. $ isn't too bad, you should be able to get a hold of the receptacle and cover for <$100.

Put the receptacle in a hinged Hoffman box, that way you can lock it when not in use. Something like an 8x8x4 or 6.

If you're going for the hole-in-the-wall idea, maybe think about a grommet or a neat brush plate to make it look pro. Keeps things tidy and you can easily snake that cord through. If you're looking at an outdoor 50 amp twist lock, there are weather-resistant covers and boxes that won't break the bank.

I think you can get pass through assemblies with necessary rating, when closed anyway as well as raintight ones if passing through to outside.

If rating isn't critical a simple pet door can work.
