Corner-Grounded Delta, No Effective Ground-Fault Path

I am reviewing Figure 250-58 from the 2020 G&B book. (Page 117)
My question is how would this scenario be effected on a 480 corner grounded delta system? Would the results change if it was an ungrounded phase vs grounded phase.

any information on corner grounded delta systems would be appreciated.
