I’m building my wood shop. I have buried 140’ of 2” electrical PVC. I plan to connect power to a 90 amp breaker in a panel at my house -to supply my shop. The house has a 400 amp service. The shop will have utilize 120v devices and a few 240v devices..and of course LED lighting. The heating and cooling will be a basic hotel room type plug in wall unit. The only tool devices that will ever be on at the same time - a 220v table saw and 120v dust collector and possibly the 220v heat unit. So I’m not sure what size conductors to pull through my underground pvc chase. I prefer copper but I have not ruled out aluminum. a local inspector said to save money I could maybe use a mobile home feeder cable. I didn’t think I could use that inside a pvc chase. Any help here is appreciated.
