correct wiring for a residential 15kw heat strip

I am connecting a 15kw heat strip for an air-conditioning unit. FLA 62.5, MCA 103.8a, MOCP 110a. Can I use a non-fuseable disconnect for the unit? I will use #4 copper thhn and an 80a 240v breaker at the panel.

The minimum circuit ampacity is 103.8 amps so the #4 is too small. #2 with a 110 amp OCPD will work

Must be other loads on this besides the heat. Fan? Controls? You can't have an MCA of103.8 with a 62 amp heater load.

You can as long as the disconnect is rated for the amperage needed.
