Lets see, If the afci on all 120 volt circuits in dwellings goes thru, then this issue won't even matter cause we all know the ark-fault breakers will solve every problem that could happen when something falls onto a receptacle that is up wrong or down wrong. Right??:roll:

When Moses came down from the mountain, the arc-fault breaker must have slipped from his back pocket. What a shame it's taken us this long to re-discover it!:grin:

I'm going to close this for two reasons:

1) It has been discussed to death.
2) Regarding the Moses comment, I don't want this to somehow turn into a religious thing
