I've got a lighting project that is to meet CPTED criteria. As far as I can tell CPTEDs lighting criteria is that a face should be recognizable at 10m (30'). I've done some digging and can't really find much of an answer in the IES handbook or online. My best guess is 3-5fc. Does anyone here have any lighting experience with CPTED?
