Yesterday I watched the capitol hill meeting with the big 3. At one point an "expert" said that the grid was only good for 1 Million Volts....... I had to think for a minute before I realized he was talking about the New "Chevy Volt" car......... He had me all wound up at first.....I thought he was clueless until I realize I was the one clueless.
