Yeah there in my neighborhood: http://www.cree.com/index.asp

I've worked with the lead electrical engineer, when we were both at
another chip plant and I know the crew they call in for service work.

Here's a search engine result of "Cree LED Lighting".

They are the always in the top three for application and design of LED's!
Here's a newspaper article, out today...

My supplier had a LED floodlight from Cree. The cost a mere---$250.00--- you heard me correctly. I couldn't believe it. Cree is high price but extremely good quality.

Be sure you will get paid for after installation service calls. LED's simply ain't there yet. Think of all the LED's in traffic lights that are failing! Love them in quality flashlights but fixtures, no way!!!

The best LED's out there are only 40 lumens per watt. Fluorescent is 80, HPS 120. LED's also have a DC power supply as well!

Interesting you should say the above, as it's exactly what I said to the customer: I wouldn't be able to warrentee the fixtures, only my labor.
She's didn't care. Of course, we'll see how she feels after any failures;)
