Cross-sectional area of NM

At some point - someone had posted a table the cross-sectional area of common cables to include 14-2 and 12-2 NM related to conduit fill.

Anyone know them off the top of thier head?

Not sure where that info came from but I remember that you're to consider the flat cable to be round to find it's diameter.

True. The list I just gave is the major dimension of the elipse, where applicable.
