CT cabinet as raceway?

Hope my picture came up. I have existing underground service 400amp three phase. Feeder (Load Side of CT) to electric panel goes through the back directly into electric panel. I want to put a new main disconnect to the right of CT cabinet, then install my automatic transfer switch. Then come directly to the CT and feed back to panel. Any one see any issues?

Sounds like you will end up with service entrance conductors and non-SEC's in the same enclosure.
