With low voltage CT's say the 0.333mV there is a resistor in the CT construction a shunted type CT as described by one manufacturer, what would be the advantages / disadvantages to this type of CT construction. I see these more for I will call it downstream metering for protection type CT's its still the traditional type. Thanks!

I don't know why but for some reason they are supposed to be more accurate than the typical 5 A CT.
