I am about to start a remodel in a hospital and I'm wondering how many current carrying conductors can I have in a 3/4" pipe? I know that 9 is the "magic number" in normal cases but I was told that the number is different in health care facility.

Are you talking about an Isolated Power System?

There is nothing changing numbers of conductors allowed in a raceway, however you should read through 517.30(C).
