Dating Electric Fixture from a UL IBEW Labels

Howdy. I was wondering if anyone could help me date and state the manufacturer of this old electric fixture. The label is brown with a Black outline.
At the top, it is written Underwriters' Laboratories Inc. Listed. The UL Issue is C-72425.
At the bottom of the label, there is the IBEW logo with Made in the U.S.A right under it. On the right side of the IBEW logo, the serial number E·12399-4 is visible.

Take a picture of the fixture and do a google search and see if it can match it.

I am not sure why you want all that info but that is as very cheap fixture-- about $10

Here is a similar one that cost $7.00 at Lowes

I doubt that anyone is recording the union made number that appears on the fixture. Union fixture houses just stick the label on the fixture to show the field installers that they're union made. The stickers likely come off of a roll and are installed in a completely random fashion.
