There is no direct relationship of current to torque. Perhaps you are looking for the full-load torque of a motor at rated power and full speed. If so, the formula is T = HP x (33,000 / 3.14 x 2) / rpm

For example: 10 HP motor x 5252 / 1725 rpm = 30 ft.lbs.

what type of motor are you working with (separately, series, or shunt excited motor)?

there is a direct relationship between current and torque given the 'K' constant.
