dc power cable through wall

Is there anything in the code regarding running a dc power cable through a wall?
Camera is outside... receptacle is adjacent to camera inside

You say DC power cable then say there is a receptacle inside. Is there a "wall wart" power supply plugged into the receptacle and a cable from it going out to the camera? Likely then the DC is class 2 and there is no problem running it through the wall. Assume a CL2 listed cable.
