I know that most assume you dont have to count the neutrals as ccc's, but just remember that if there are nonlinear loads, (computers, lights, electronics etc) then you have to count the neutrals!! ;)

Me , ive always been conservative when there were receptacles, because you never know what they are going to be plugging into them in some cases. I would go head and count the neutrals as ccc's when in reality they might not need to be counted.

A couple of points

This only applies to 3 phase 4 wire Wye systems.

You only have to count the neutral if the major portion of the load is non-linear. That would be at least 50% of the load.

See 310.15(B)(4)(c) for both of these points.
