Deburring Conduit?

Half round file, although I have done it with a short section of 3/8" threaded rod when no file was available.
 
Half round file as Bob said. Depending on what you're cutting it with there should be very little material to remove with the file.

I also use a 1/2 round bastard to debur. (Left that one wide open for you guys)

BTW, Isn't that a violation since it's supposed to be "Reamed"? I don't recall seeing anything about a file in the NEC.

I like the snap method for smaller tube.
 
I would use a round or half round file, but in a pinch, if you have a large set of channel locks or pump pliers, you can open them up enough to use the outsides of the jaws to ream the inside of the conduit....
