In 110.26 (F)(1)(a), does that zone include the width requirements of 110.26 (A)(2)?

No. The "dedicated space" has a width of the equipment itself, not the 30 inches needed for "working space." The notion of "dedicated space" is that you want to reserve room for running conduits out of the panel. That is why it applies to panels, switchboards, and MCCs, and does not apply to "electrical equipment" in general.
