What is the amp draw on a 10 hp delta motor vs a 10 hp why motor same voltage same full load?//////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////

Nameplate Amps will be the same at the same hp rating. Actual Amps will vary with load some.

Delta or Y in that case refers to the motors internal connection which does not concern you in that case. If you changed the motors internal connection from delta to Y or back, that would affect load Amps as well as torque and the hp rating. That would not be the same hp rating if you change its internal winding connection. You might either smoke it or turn it into a lower rated motor.

The Wye center point is never connected to the motor, so the motor line currents would be identical. The Delta vs Wye would affect the internal winding currents.

If this is a six-lead motor with a Δ-Y starter, modern calculations and rules of thumb won't be applicable.
They would be on the line side of the starter. The conductors on the load side of the starter would be similar to the individual motor winding leads.

746 W /Hp, then 3 phase amps = W / (V x PF x Eff x 1.732). Amps has nothing to do with winding configurations.
phase amps are the same same as line amps in a why , phase amps in a delta motor =phase amps x 1.732 = line amps .
